Progression...
2014 brought about many changes. Masters Allen and Amy Deittrick have continued to educate themselves as TaeKwonDo practioners, USAT Referees and in the fields of physical fitness and nutrition. The advancement of TaeKwonDo will remain on the top of their list and with the help of dedicated people in the TaeKwonDo community that goal will be achieved. The Master's have begun providing tailored fitness programs which will include diet and exercise plans. This will be part of a "Wellness Program" aimed at all ages.
